Refund policy

What is your refund policy?

Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

Please do not send your purchase back to us.

Refunds

Exchanges/Reprints

We will gladly replace any items if they are defective or damaged. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 15 days after the product has been received. Please send photos and information of the damage to singinwonder@gmail.com.

Shipping

Shipping is generally between 5-10 days. These shipping times are estimates, not 

guarantees. The estimates don’t include the time it takes to create your products.

Shipping costs differ based on the type and quantity of products in an order.

Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable). Please verify your shipping address, we are not liable for lost products once the item has shipped.
