What is your refund policy?
Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

Refunds
Exchanges/Reprints
We will gladly replace any items if they are defective or damaged. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 15 days after the product has been received. Please send us a request here.
Shipping
Shipping is generally between 5-10 days. These shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. The estimates don’t include the time it takes to create your products.
Shipping costs differ based on the type and quantity of products in an order.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
